I bought this for my 10 year old nephew for Christmas and he loves it. It doesn't require the internet which is a plus for us because it means he can use it in the car or places that don't have internet. It doesn't come with instructions so it can be confusing to get started and figure out how to access the different games but my nephew figured it out fairly quickly. Give it a good charge to start with before using it so it's works optimally. Because it has so many games there are similar ones but most people won't care about that. There are enough variations of the different games to entertain. It looks low quality on the pics but it's well made and my nephew is thrilled with his. I highly recommend it for anyone who likes some of the older games like PacMan and Alien Blaster. It fits nicely in the hand and is easy to use once you figure it out. Have fun.

I admit I bought this after my brother got the new Nintendo Mario watch and play throw back handheld just to prove you could get a handheld device with a lot more games for a lot cheaper. At the time this was the cheapest option. Also due to the fact that it has Friday the 13th on it. Turns out it is more amazing than we all expected, way more nostalgia packed into this than I ever thought. My brother in law, who is an avid gamer, ended up buying himself one after playing mine. He too loves it. If you are looking to buy a classic handle console, I definitely recommend trying this one. Theres a few Mario options, a couple Donkey kong, Paper Boy, Excite Bike, Chip and Dale, Minnie and Mickey, Robocop, a couple Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, a later Tetris game, The Goonies, and some Atari games like Pacman. I like the Pyrmid game which is a spin off of Tetris with the Sphinx in the background.

After a while of using it, while I was playing the screen suddenly turned a lot more whiter and some graphics became hard to see. Some games are practically unusable since I cannot see what I'm doing. I'm going to be ordering a new device since I believe the one I received just has a mishap. The reviews on this product are true, and it lives up to its reputation. It is a very good device, and works great for small hands too. it's a bit thicker than the picture describes but that doesn't matter to me. It's also very light weight which I like. It's a very cute, basic device, and I shouldn't expect any more for its cheap price. Just watch out for screen problems, such as mine becoming brighter and colorless.The device holds many games, ones I will list are: Super Mario, Pacman, Tetris 2, and Tank. There's other versions of Mario too like Dr. Mario and Mario Bros.

I bought this for my grandchild and put the battery in it and it scrolled down stop scrolling then tried to change it over turn lights green and I thought oh it needs to be charged charged up boom now it doesn't work at all so I have a dark thing thank God for Andrew at Amazon he tried to help me get it and he said look this thing can't be refunded but we're going to help you so I give kudos for the the honesty and good customer service from Amazon and the man name Andrew thank you so very much. To anybody else do not buy this Chinese piece of garbage. You will be sorry and very unhappy .. update I didn't get refunded,, the guy at Amazon I think his name was Andrew he promised me oh yeah I'll give you a refund no way snowball chance in hell I didn't get one so I was totally lied to the biggest piece of garbage you've ever seen do not touch this thing with that 10-ft pole I thought I could get away cheap by buying a $20 handheld game but wrong mistake it is garbage any of these little bitty electronic games are garbage you do better to buy name brand number two don't buy it from Amazon, one thing I can't stand is somebody fibbing or lying I was just a damn lie..

We bought this as a compromise to allow our kid to have a mobile gaming machine but not open internet access or phone issues. Seems like playing games is 90% the reason most kids want a phone. This was a good compromise and works as you would expect. Some games are completely in Chinese. However, since they are simple retro style, you can figure it out. It has no save feature, so that limits obsession with a single game and leads you to explore the other games. Also with the retro style, the games don't hold your hand. You miss a jump, you die, game over start from scratch. Know what you're getting, it is not a Switch, Playstation or Iphone. Don't expect much, it is simple and easy time waster that doesn't expose your kid to the internet or other phone related issues.
