Sound quality is very very good, tight, loud, campare to scarlett 2i2 2nd....

Bought this in 2020 just when it was launched. I was probably one of the earliest buyers of this product in India. Loved the product, the sound. Hate the fact that the headphone jack is at the back though. I see it as a design blunder.2 years in, I've recently started facing issues with the Phantom Power. The light indicator randomly blinks and switches OFF and ON the phantom power and I lose the recording for that particular time. Can't find any service center for SSL here in Delhi!So if you're buying this product, keep in mind getting customer support isn't the easiest with this product.

Ssl 2 is best for beginners and perfect fit for home studio. The knob and Metal body feels premium and easy to work on. If you are working with multiple microphone's then go for Ssl2 , I highly recommend this audio interface.

i've gone through many kinds of audio interface, but this one stands out, on this price range you'll never find any interface better than this, yeah i know.. the name SSL was attractive even frim the beginning, but try it out and it will give a very very big difference and improvement plus upgrade on your productions.. good monitoring, especially such a nice preamp thanks to ssl for being honest and be truthful as the ads.. on the greatest preamp there still comes tha 4k button which gives a classic warm tone in the highs... this interface can even boost my sm7B without mic booster or external preamp (without noise), i really loved it, i'll be going for it again when they add an ADAT input to it, go for it, promise you won't regret...
