Runs big
Nice product , but even the small runs big. My forearm is 11"around and my upper 12". Can't get it tight enough for it to stay put. I even tried putting an Ace bandage on my arm first. Didn't help.

It works pretty well with some minor adjustments
I was having a lot of pain in my dominant hand, and a search of the web told me it was not carpal tunnel, but cubital tunnel. I read the prognosis and decided to try sleeping in a brace that I bought myself before I consulted a professional. Figured it couldn't hurt to try. When I am purchasing something new like this I look at a lot of reviews before I select which one to buy, and this one seemed like my best bet.The first night I put the brace on, went to bed, and woke up in the morning with my arm curled to my chest as before, and the metal splint pushed up out of the top of the sleeve that holds it. The next night I tried making it tighter, and adjusted how I had it on my arm. The next morning the splint was out again, this time lost in the bed, with my arm curled to my chest, and my elbow and hand in more pain than before because it was too tight. The next night I tried loosening it back up a little and putting it on so that the opening of the splint sleeve pointed downward. The next morning the whole thing was down around my wrist, with my arm curled to to my chest.I decided I needed to really rethink this device. I added a small safety pin to the opening for the splint so that it couldn't keep coming out when I would bend my arm in my sleep. The manufacturer could have easily added a piece of the super strong velcro that holds the whole thing around your arm, but I don't think that "normal" lightweight velcro would hold it. I'm not sure a snap wouldn't pop open if you really tried to bend your arm either, which face it, if you weren't bending the arm, you wouldn't be wearing this device in the first place. The metal splint would cut the thread of a button.Once I got it to a comfortable tightness, I just slip it on and off every time, rather than opening and redoing the velcro each time, because it isn't easy to adjust on your own. I've found that wearing it with the splint on the inside of the elbow is the way to do it. It allows the elbow to bend just slightly, rather than trying to lock it 100% straight, which wouldn't be any better than bending it completely as I was. Once I got the thing to stay on with the splint in place, I noticed an improvement in the pain in my hand and wrist within days. I've been wearing it for a couple of months and it has really helped me tremendously. The only other thing I'd add is a bit more padding to the top of the sleeve where the splint hits your upper arm when (not if) you try to bend it, because the splint repeatedly hitting it, and also grabbing it by the area to pull the whole thing up my arm and adjust it into place has somewhat broken down the light foam that was there. All in all it's a very good device and certainly cheaper than orthopedic surgery.

Worth the money
I’ve tried several elbow braces over the years and this is the best one I’ve found. Comfortable enough to wear at night to limit the numbness and tingling that I feel due to nerve damage in my elbow.

Great brace, did not work for my damaged ulnar nerve
Purchase this to help with ulnar nerve damage I suffered after a surgery. While it fit as described it caused me more nerve pain than I had without it. I think it likely helps some, it just didn’t work for me. My hope was by keeping my arm straight, I’d gain feeling in my pinky and ring finger. This just made the nerve pain more obvious for me.
