The product came in good shape. No damages on packaging. Immediately I had to see if the batteries were included, and yes they were! I've recently been into researching and have bought so many books and the only time I'm usually reading is before bed so as you can see the room in my pictures are really dark. With this lighting here makes reading so much easier in bed. Absolutely love the product and would buy more as gifts for others and recommend to family and friends!

It works spectacularly and it solves my young voracious reader's every need! I no longer need to have to explain why driving w/ the interior light is not advisable instead I can let her read and not worry whether she has sufficient lighting and if it will fall from it's perch. Great for bedside reading without disrupting anyone else and air travel when she can't reach overhead lighting. The only disappointment for me was to see the variety of patterns offered only after getting a thank you email from the seller with the variety of other products offered and the choices for the product I had already ordered. My child would have loved the owl or fox options but she seems pretty content w/ teal color and polka dots.

I will say that this little light is very helpful and does help me see my books in the dark but it bends my pages. And if you are a dedicated reader and are in love with books as much as I am, you know how stressful that is. It bends my pages and paperbacks. And I wish there were more than one light setting because the light is very bright.

I purchased this book light and it broke very quickly. I talked to the company and they sent me a replacement with Winnie the Poo on it and another one to try. Both of the replacements are great. It has been more than 6 months and they are used almost nightly by my kids. Really great produce and super cute for kids. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

These were perfect for our recent long distance journey! My kids, in the event they awoke during the trip, had these lights to read, color or play. Sometimes, I even use my daughter’s light at night! Can’t really comment on the battery life yet. They were delivered mid-February and even though we don’t use them everyday, the battery is still going strong and it withstood the abuse of my two year old!

I purchased the Book Light for my daughter and the 1st day using this the light stopped working. We thought it was the battery, so we purchased replacement batteries on Saturday, made sure the battery work, turned the light off and today which is Tuesday morning, turned the light on and it still doesn't work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY NOR TIME!!!Changed my rating:I contacted the seller who sent a replacement book light which works perfectly

These are great! I bought three, one for by the bed, one for at my desk (I live in a very small studio n don't want do disturb my room mate), and one in my car. I've used them all, they are bright enough for me to use for all kinds of things not just writing and reading. I use the one at the desk like a regular light to put things down and away while I'm trying to be quiet. My dash lights randomly went out and this little light saved my but temporarily and by the bed I write a dream journal. These are the best! 2 of the 3 came with working batteries right out of the package, one I had to get battrried for but it was pretty simple and cost affective.

I purchased the book light by French Bull as a gift for my granddaughter for when she sleeps over at our house. First, she was happy with the "cool design" - she's in 6th grade. Secondly, it works well and clips easily onto a paperback or hard cover book. I imagine it's great with e-Readers as well, but don't know. Finally, it was a great value for the price. I would recommend this product!
