Does not connect with cadence and speed
Absolute garbage! I read the negative reviews, but thought I might be one of the lucky ones who had success with this cyclocomputer. I was not. Even after replacing the batteries, the cadence and speed sensors failed or were too intermittent to use. I also set everything up as described, with < 2mm gap at each magnet/sensor. I also setup a bench test. It is garbage (worth saying again). The heart rate sensor was the only thing that worked properly. I "saved" money and am out 2 hours of my time. Live and learn...

Great cost / benefit option - Excellent support
This is an interesting bike computer, it includes three sensors:- Speed- Cadence- Heart rate monitorMine came with all the batteries (CR2032) installed, one of the batteries was dead (the one at the HR sensor) so I have to change it (not a big deal). The installation is simple but in my case, I have to put the computer on the handlebar; I tried it on the stem but: it never received the speed sensor signal, and it was difficult to remove.Heart rate monitor length 90 cm (without stretching )Update 2021-12-05:================The heart rate monitor battery drains when is not in use, so, looks like you have to remove the battery if you don't use the HR frequently. That's not practical.Update 2022-05-15:================I was contacted by customer support, and they replaced the HR sensor at no cost, the new HR Sensor works as expected; the battery was installed when I received it and it was working at that point, 16 days have passed since I receive it and the HR Sensor battery still working.

Great, but not for e-bikes
What a great little unit, I was so excited to receive it, so many functions and pretty darn easy to install once you understand the directions. My only issue, but it caused me to return it, was the speed sensor won't work with my e-bike. When I turn on the Bafang motor the speed sensor doesn't see the magnet. I tried both front and rear wheels. The heart rate monitor worked without issue, and I didn't bother with the cadence sensor.

Keeps Resetting
This was sold as a new product but was previously sold and returned. When I received it 4 batteries were already installed and 2 more were in the package. I replaced the 4 installed batteries with new ones and installed the computer and both sensors and put on the HRM. After going through the setup procedure (e.g. clock, wheel size, etc.) I rotated the crank while my bike was on the bike stand. Everything seemed to work perfectly except the B button changed modes (bike, altimeter, cadence, HRM) and the A button scrolled through options in that mode. This was opposite what was shown in the instructions but not a big deal. Then I touched the rear brake to stop the wheel, and I noticed the computer reset itself.I went through the setup procedure again and turned the wheel. Again everything seemed to work perfectly, but the computer eventually reset itself. I went through the setup procedure again with the same result. My conclusion by now was that I had a defective computer.I suspect this was why the computer was previously returned (remember the 4 installed barrettes). I did not try to contact the seller for two reasons. First, they did not believe the previous purchaser or they would not have resold the defective computer. Thus, there is no reason to think they would believe me. Second, this was sold as a new computer. It was not! I returned the computer (thanks Amazon) and ordered a different one with a better rating. BUYER BEWARE!

Excellent Product, excellent service....
After researching Cycling Computers that had the various features I wanted, and price I could afford, I finally settled on Dream Sport DCY 438. While Computer came with installation instructions and good manual, I like to download the information as well. So I contacted the Company web site, asked for the download and expected to maybe hear from them in weeks, if at all. To my surprise, the download was waiting for me the next time I turned on my computer! But wait, there's more... During the installation, I dropped and broke the cadence sensor. Wrote to Roy, the contact person at Dream Sport and asked for a replacement. He said he would find one for me and send it right away. Just received it, and installed it. No problems... This computer has 4 modes and a multitude of menus for each mode, along with a Heart Monitor. I now have more access to information than Eddy Merckx ever had! If you want a computer that is affordable, accurate, and has great service folks, this one is it.

Didn't work for me, finally lost patience and returned it
I was disappointed in this bike computer. I originally just wanted to track my speed and the time of a bike ride, however I was tempted to get this one because it also does heart rate and cadence. That made the display and setup more complicated as I found out. The buttons are hidden away in the case so very hard to find and press them, making the setup difficult. I started with just installing the wheel speed sensor and never got any further. It just didn't work. The instructions are tiny so an older guy like me needs a magnifying glass and there is no download of the manual on their website. The pictures (pictures only for the installation) showed 2mm distance between the sensor and the spoke magnet, or peddle magnet for cadence. There is no adjustment to make that happen. The best I could do was about 5mm by moving the spoke magnet and sensor down near the hub. It still didn't register spinning of the wheel. I tested the batteries and they were 2.3 volts so I replaced them with new 3 volt CR2032's. I also tried the reset button on the sensor. Still didn't work. Was it the sensor to spoke magnet distance, the sensor to computer distance or something else? I lost patience.
