Works just as good as the expensive ones. Very sturdy and durable. Comes with a nice pouch and straps

The straps will work well enough but their lifespan is limited by the materials used. We have owned sets of these before and these are the 99cent store version. They’re affordable so they’ll do in a pinch but we don’t expect them to last very long.

I really like this product it allows me to isolate my core to a greater degree when working out
