Great step
I bought this step on advice from my PT friend to get in and out of my super tall bed after back surgery and it has been a lifesaver. Very sturdy and easy to add the extra height to it. I'm excited to use for exercise after cleared from the doctor. Nice width and length too.

Durable enough for heavy weight people
I was worried about ordering online and getting something flimsy that wouldn't hold up. This is very sturdy and stable. I'm 285lbs and not very coordinated. This stepper is great and worth the money.

This stepper is portable and adjusts to 4 inch and 6 inch heights, however, it is narrow and tends to wobble when in use. It can be used for step exercise and therapy. You just have to watch closely as you use it.
