Update: customer serv contacted me to offer replacement or refund and even followed up again to be sure I received it. So I have increased my rating from 1 star to 4. I will try the company's product again next time and see how it goes.Did not work. I cleaned contacts per instructions still did not work. They ARE supposed to work in Envy 6455. Requested refund. Lesson learned. Will just stay with HP brand ink purchases.
