My husband has severe bladder leakage and uses the overnights 24/7. No product in this category is going to be 100% effective, but this is the best we've tried (and there have been many). Also, if you're using them regularly go ahead and sign up for the auto-ship. It saves a little money, is easy to use and adjust on your own, but if you have to call customer service it is easy to talk to a person.

These are the best I’ve used. I used Because for years, though efficient, made my skin break out in hives but thought I just had to live with it. Tena is good but still spilled over. A CVS brand was good but they changed it. Now I’m on the 72 package of Tranquility. I don’t spill over or leak at night. I still need a booster at night as I have for all of them. I think the detail in construction is what does it in Tranquillity, the extra features “down there”. Also, I always needed L or XL in other brands but I nervously followed Tranquillity’s measurements and got their recommendation of M. It fits so well and comfortably, it’s high both back and front, VERY important to me as I do NOT tolerate feeling like I’m wearing a skimpy bikini bottom. I’m a high rise lady now. Very durable! Good value for money. 💰.
