I got it for myself as I have a hard time laying down flat on my back for workouts but it was to uncomfortable for me. I’m 5’ 1”. My husband tho loves it to help him with the bench press and he’s 5’ 7”. He’s super comfy using it. The design and quality of the material feels really nice and sturdy like it’ll last for a while. It’s really easy to use and great for the money.

Well made but no instructions on product to show how to use it.

I’ve tried plenty of ab mats before, but the Yes4All Ab Mat stands out in all the right ways! The support it provides for my lower back during sit-ups is a game-changer, reducing strain and allowing for a deeper, more effective crunch. I love that it comes in both tailbone and no-tailbone versions, giving options based on personal preference.One of the biggest perks is the foldable design—super convenient for storage and travel. The high-density foam is firm yet comfortable, offering just the right amount of support without feeling too soft or flimsy. Plus, the non-slip base keeps it in place, so I don’t have to constantly readjust during workouts.

I have a very deep curve in my back and I just needed a little bit of support. I tried to use this thing every which way to hit where I specifically needed it but I am either not tall enough or I’m too tall or the padding was too thick or too thin depending on how I was trying to arrange itNow I will say if I had been able to line it up correctly (it’s my back -not the device) it would have been perfect, and not only supporting the curve of my back, but giving me a little bit more of a range of motion to do crunches. If you do buy it, don’t use if you have a long torso or an extreme curve in the back. It is pretty narrow as well so be prepared for your body to touch the floor on either side.

I had high hopes for this but this did not give much in support for my tailbone. The arch actually made my back hurt. I guess I need more padding ( in the mat and also in my tailbone area )for this to work for me.

A friend advised I get one of these when I told him I’m able to do many sit ups but don’t really get any muscle definition. Definitely made sit ups more difficult but only a few weeks and I’m already starting to feel new muscle form in my lower abdominals. Highly recommended
