Absolute garbage. Low quality product. The packaging clearly had a slot for a cell which has been taken out. The packaging seems as if it had been run over by a truck.

When I tried to switch it on, it wasnt working. In the box it's written that the battery is also included but there was no battery in the machine. It cannot be returned now. And it also seems a fake product. This is really disappointing.

Stupid product.. Did not work for even 5 mins.. Keep getting stuck and holds your hair..you will have to pluck and break your hair coz they woll get stuck into it and it would just stop working.. non returnable product..so don't even think of trying it.. useless

The product I ordered,Packaging and actual product is different and battery not included(should be there as mentioned in the package).At first product was not working. But after shaking few times it worked once and then it is dead. May be some loose connection. For info: I tried with new battery. It's cheap non-branded chinese product not worth buying.

It's an amazing product. Amazon delivered it at the time of lockdown which is commendable. Since the parlours are not opened , using this product solved my issue ..easy to use and clean....best at the time of emergency.
