This has everything you need to use with your sous vide circulator.I'd bought other things I thought I'd need like rack separators, but I've never need them.For long cooks (24hrs+) I'll use a little bit of clingfilm to fill the gap between the silicone lid and the sous vide. It catches any vapour and returns it to the container. Never had to top up when doing this.Insulation works well so the sous vide doesn't need to work that hard to maintain temperature (see pic)Last Christmas I used it for our turkey.It fit ... just. Had to scoop out some water when adding the breast after 12h, but it all cooked just fine.If you're planning a lot of protein then you could possibly run out of space. Should fit up to 6x 2" Steaks. I'll often do 2Kg of beef chuck or pork shoulder with no problem.Tip. In hard water area drop in a tablespoon or two of citric acid once every few cooks during the last 30-60 minutes to descale the sous vide and clean up the inside of the container.

Excellent. Just don’t like the bright green color as it doesn’t go with any kitchen design. But works great
