RAGECrossbow X Replacement Blade (Pack of 6), Multi

Although I sharpen my blades after use, having replacements is a must. This is a perfect fit for the Rage Crossbow x and extreme. Sharp as a razor out of the packaging. Extra tips and hardware is great. On the rare occasion that a blade is bent or damaged beyond repair I can grab a replacement and be good to go within just a few seconds. I’m just a couple minutes after a hunt my broad heads are as good as new. When I have more time I can sit down and sharpen the used ones but I’m good for the next day right away.

With my crossbow and these razor sharp blades, one shot not only kills the deer, it slices into jerky strips ready for dehydrating. Last whitetail that wandered under my tree-stand is now sitting in the freezer thinly cut into deli meat slices, all thanks to these blades. If you want to bag a buck and have every piece of edible tissue perfectly trimmed and ready for retail packaging, these are the blades for you.

I did not receive the items as pictured on Amazon. I received a different version of replacement blades that do not fit my rage crossbow broadheads. Even though the claim is that these fit all two bladed rage broadheads, that is not true. The ones I received were for the X broadhead. I did receive a prompt return shipping label and full refund.

THEY look like OEM blades. Every thing you need to change out the blades is included.

I replaced these blades in a couple of minutes and they are now good as new. I spent a lot of time looking for a 1/16 inch allen wrench to take the screws out, when upon opening the package I found the wrench hidden under a sponge and couldn't see it through the packaging.. The package has 3 (?) washers which I am not sure what they are for. My old broad heads don't have washers and neither do my new ones and the arrows and heads work well.

The product arrived quickly and efficiently form the supplier, but Rage did a very poor job of finishing the blades. The blades look like they were laser or plasma cut and the edges of the cuts were very rough. This required me to re-finish all of the blades by hand in order to stop them catching on the slides and not deploying.

I haven't needed to replace anything on my broad heads yet, but with the cost of broad heads you need to be able to salvage them once you recover them. This is the answer, you can make used broad heads like new for a fraction of the cost of new broad heads.

Blades were not machined correctly. The lip that tucks into the shock collar wasn't fully removed when manufactured in the batch that I got causing them to be un usable. You can see where the metal wasn't removed correctly and part of it remains.
