Management and Leadership for Nurse Administrators: Navigate 2 Advantage Access

This one one book that was required for my Masters program. I liked the content so much that I came back and bought a copy to use in my professional development position at work. I have also had coworkers read certain chapters that contain information that can help with the process of implementing new procedures at work.

Books are too costly but cheaper if used

This is a great book! It's not extremely dry and boring as many textbooks are and there is so much information in this book.
