Will need to see over time. Look good no bad taste.

I’m 76 and sometimes worried of memory loss. I’m hoping CocoaVia rich in flavonoids will contribute to my brain health. At the moment I feel more energized, could be the caffeine.

I read a book called “An Apple A Day” which talked about common food myths and interesting food facts. One of the facts was that cocoa flavanols were proven to lower blood pressure. The only issue is that the quantity of flavanols in day a candy bar is quite low so one would have to eat many chocolate bars to have any sort of measurable flavanol intake and at that point you’ve just eaten 10 chocolate bars! This is why the flavanol capsules are helpful!I bought these for my husband and when he was regularly taking them, his BP was a few points lower. Highly recommend if you can take them consistently! Sometimes solutions for ailments with diet are total bonk, but this is scientifically proven otherwise!
