Artisan Professional Classic Aluminum Baking Sheet Pan with Lip, 18 x 13-inch Half Sheet

These are excellent baking sheets. Even heat distribution, no warping at high heat. I really did throw out all of my cheap cookie sheets. These are commercial grade, well made, and are great for all baking needs. I also purchased the Atrisan Baking Mats, which fit perfectly in these baking sheets (and make clean up so much easier!) Highly recommended! .

Love the pan. Scratches on an aluminum pan just give it character and are to be expected (it's aluminum!!), in my opinion. However, the description says the measurements of the pan are 18 x 13 x 1. That is wrong. The measurements of the pan are 17.75 x 12.75 x 1. So, if you think you are getting a slightly bigger half sheet pan than the standard half sheet pan, you're not.

Received 3 of these in time for baking pies (to put underneath) and was very happy with the quality and was just to about to put them in my 425 degree oven when I tried to peel off the Amazon bar code sticker so it wouldn't burn. This turned out to be an ordeal (unlike the content sticker from the product manufacturer, which peeled off without effort in 2 seconds). First one I tried just to use a scrubber and it resulted in a gluey mess and even with dishsoap and peanut butter it did not come off but rather was dispersed (I finally gave up). Sheets 2 and 3 were done under warm water. The paper part came off fine, but I had to spend 10 minutes painstakingly removing the glue with my fingernail. All because Amazon couldn't put a bar code sticker on with the same method the manufacturer did!

As others have said the pan scratches easily. Mine came pre-scratched and dinged; just tossed into a box, no covering, with other items to bounce around in shipping. The scanner label took a lot of goo gone to remove and even though I did not use any tools to assist it still is scratched where it was. It did remain flat when heated to 400 degrees though.

The baking sheet itself is great (although it's true, the sticker is very hard to remove) - it gets 5 stars. The first one I ordered was fine, The second one came dented, probably because it was sent with something else in the box and it wasn't packed well. So I asked to return it and get another one, and this one ALSO came dented - again because it was sent with something else that banged it in transport. My conclusion: buy this baking sheet somewhere else that can ship it probably or else in a store.

Received my baking sheet last week and used it this weekend for the first time. I make cookies, biscuits and scones and it worked great! The sheet is really heavy duty and I know it will last forever. It came in wrapped in air pillows so it couldn't be dented or scratced I bought some of the artisan silicone mats (80729) to go with it and it made cleanup a snap!I am very happy with it!

Excellent product! This is sturdy, heavy design that did not warp during usage. I purchased the new Artisan Non-Stick Baking Mats wiht Measurements to use with the pan. Great results with baking cookies, fish, and chops. The mats keep the pan looking like new. No more dealing with the cheaper, warped pans and cooking stains.

Opened the box. Dented pan. Box was fine.The idea that I have to put in effort to return it annoys me.
