Neato Robotics945-0305 Botvac Connected Series Combo Brush, Normal, Black, Pack of 1

I like to have the original equipment replacement when the one that came with the vacuum wears out over time. Using the robotic vacuum very frequently does cause consumable parts to wear out, so I was glad to be able to purchase this one. I is made the same as the original. The fit was perfect and it operated just like the original.

Great replacement for my d5 original brush, works a lot better but also a bit loud, besides that is a good upgrade for your vacuum . Price could be better

This works great, just like the original product. After almost a year, the plastic turns from translucent white, to translucent yellow, I guess natural aging of the plastic/rubber. But works very effectively. Picks up dust, dog hair, etc.

Helps extend the life of my neato botvac, since the old brush hinge warped after dirt got into the part. Unfortunately, the new brush has the same flaw - the brush hinge gets hair inside and it is hard to take apart to clean it. It looks like they tried to design it to be maintenance free, but somehow hair gets into it and it is hard to pop the plastic parts out to clean it. At least I know to clean it now. Will have to see how many times I can clean it without breaking it. One of the plastic parts is thin and needs to be popped out to clean.

Really like this one better than the original spiral that came with my D3 pro this one you can hear it beating the carpet and that tells me it’s really deep cleaning my room rugs and bare floor

Bought a third-party brush to replace the original brush from some seller on Amazon and it made a horrible noise. I ended up buying the Neato one again and it works again. Lesson learned; not all parts are created equally and the OEM is superior.

Works great at picking up doggy hair. They have a newer model, however it is best for rugs. Not as great on the doggy hair. I wanted a second one while the other dries when cleaned. Works great. They say the other newer model is quieter but doggy hair more important.

The bearing seized and melted, rendering the blade useless. This was our second attempt at these replacement brushes and it quit after eight times around the house. When we held onto the brush end that rotates, it would not rotate. Then as a test, we ran the vacuum without the brush and it worked just fine.We have had the vacuum three years now, and the original brush that came with it was still rotating fine when we replaced it, three months into having the dog (running BotVac daily). The beater was simply worn out and a bit torn-up, but still functioning. Seems like a quality control issue on these newer brushes/beaters.Reading other reviews, we are now trying the brush that is made for pet hair. If that does not work, these replacement brushes will render the most expensive and most fun vacuum we've ever purchased, completely useless!
