HP EliteBook Business 14-inch Ultrabook (1.90GHz, Intel Core i5 4210U, 4GB Memory 180GB SSD Hard Drive Windows 7 Professional 64-bit)

The description claims there is "DVD SuperMulti" included, but there was no such thing, internal or external in the laptop I received. Meanwhile, laptop arrived with a bunch of CDs, and where am I supposed to stick them?Nice looking laptop, but wrong description. Now I am trying to contact the seller to ask for some credit towards me buying an external DVD drive. Meanwhile it's just sitting there as I am unable to install the software that I have on CDs.

I purchased the HP Elitebook Business 14-inch Ultrabook on May 28, 2015. Eight months later, the computer no longer works. When I turn it on, the screen is black and the fan runs loudly. Without warning, the computer went from working perfectly fine to not functioning at all. I did nothing out of the ordinary to cause this. I took the computer to Staples and was told that it's probably the graphics card. Why would there be an issue with the graphics card on a computer that is less than a year old? I am reaching out to the seller now to resolve this issue.

OK but not what I expected. My old Elitebook had the startup switch on the front. so I didn't have to open the laptop ( I connect it to a larger monitor when I'm home. Now I have to open the laptop all the up so I can push the START BUTTON on the top left corner of the pc.I do not consider this model to be an upgrade from my Elitebook 2740P, which by the way, had a swivel screen and could be used as a tablet.I like the SSD ( solid state drive ) and it boots up fast, I also like the additional usb ports for peripherals.

I would highly recommend this product. Honestly, I had my doubts about it before pulling the trigger because the lack of reviews，and boy, was I surprised. It's nicely built (business grade) and runs real fast. boot-up and app launching in no time with its build-in SSD (solid state drive). Well done, HP! One issue specifically I wanna point out is that my last laptop was a windows 8 machine, I really hated it, it was an awkward OS to say the least, ended up downgrading back to Win 7, which is much user friendly and reliable. And that is what you'll get from this one right here. Also, I just wanna mention what a bargain it was, compare to other business oriented notebooks with similar specs. I'm extremely happy with this purchase, worth every penny!
