Broken in less than a month...
I was very pleased with this item for the first couple of weeks of use. I used it twice a week, for three weeks straight and my feet felt great! I liked that it had two sides; one rough and one fine. However, when I went to use it this week, just 4 weeks after buying it, and into using it, the fine side came loose from the main shaft and now this side is no longer usable.I wish it were of better quality, as I really did like the item itself. Definitely not worth the price for three weeks of use.

I think they need to remove the "Remover" from the name, because the only thing it does is file down dry skin. And not very well.

File fell off from handle in short order. Does not tolerate water (as warned). Not very useful for my use in the shower.

I was less than impressed with this item. It is constructed of very chintzy wood, has no contour, and the handle is awkward. Overpriced at $13.95 plus shipping.

when I got this I realized that this is better quality than I have been buying in the pharmacy
this callus remover is the exact one I wanted but I have not been able to find one of this quality until now.when I saw this I knew I just had to try it.my feet get so dry and flaky every winter.no matter what lotions or moisturizers I use they do not help.even dry to the point that they crack and bleed.when I got this I realized that this is better quality than I have been buying in the pharmacy.And does NOT bend or break.it is about 2 inches wide and about 10 inches long.there are 2 different grits of sanding material.It's made of Wood.I did my heels and arches those are the worst.there were big dry chunks and a fine powder coming off.what was left was baby soft,smooth skin.I was so embarrassed to go barefoot before but now my feet are ready for summer sandals & flip flops.this will last me a very long time.this is effective and very fun to do.I can determine the angle & depth that is comfortable for me. it was not much effort at all to do.the bonus part is that it is compact enough to pack in a travel bag to go with me for summer trips.after filing my feet, I just washed it with soap lightly then rinsed and air dried.I am so happy that I do not have to make those expensive trips to the salon to get my feet summer ready.I hung my callus remover( by the string attached) next to my shower so when I get right out of the tub this callus remover is ready when I am. I received product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
