Wow! I'm rarely blown away by a product. The construction of this clamp is impressive! The base clamp isn't a spring-clip, it's a crank. You crank it open enough to clamp what you want it attached to, then you crank it back like a vise to be as firmly attached as you want. The gooseneck! It is STIFF! It needs two hands to get it into the position you want. After that, it is NOT moving, until you use two-hand force to change it. The jaws that hold the phone ARE a spring-tension, but it's a pretty robust spring. I don't see the phone slipping out under any circumstance. Tap the screen, swipe the screen, the phone doesn't even wiggle in the clamp. Clamp is rubber-lined. Will not damage your phone. Clamp opens wide enough to hold any standard size phone, unless you are using a crazy-big protector. Clamp will rotate, so your phone can be held vertically or horizontally. Do I sound impressed? This is a LOT of sturdy for the price. Very happy with the purchase!

Great and is holding my iPhone 11 with a pop thingy on the back of it , it’s very sturdy, not flimsy at all. It holds on to my side table really great. It’s a real thin glass top. I’m happy that I can adjust a clamp that holds onto the table. I love it. I’m gonna buy some more one for work one for the side of my bed so I can watch a movie on my phone at night without having to hold the phone and get cramps in my hands or elbows. I highly recommend buying this for yourself or a family member or whoever I like that I could change how I want to hold the phone. I can even put it high up in the air so I don’t get a crick in my neck.

It’s very nice and it’s very easy to put the phone on the clip, but the only problem is that it’s so hard to move the arm that you just should buy it if you want it in a fixed position. If you move and you want to move it with you it’s very hard to bend the Arm. It doesn’t seem necessary to make it so stiff when the Clip isn’t big enough to hold a tablet.

This works as well or better than described in the other reviews. I only have a 1/2” deep section of wood for the device to anchor upon. Not a problem. The grip holds the phone perfectly. The description of it being difficult to align/position the “arm” of the unit is spot on, but I believe it’s because the unit then stays in that position even when bumped. It’s certainly not flimsy, especially when I am not using my dominant hand to scroll my phone and knock it around to do so.My husband did the research and bought this for me as a surprise. I read for a couple of hours off my phone in bed after he falls asleep. He notices the discomfort I have in holding and propping up the phone.I only wish he chose white instead of black (since our bed is white). Design-wise, it would be neat if it had a holder for the charging cord, for cord tidiness and accessibility.

I really love this thing--I use it at my desk and at my sitting chair in the living room. Being hands free with the phone makes reading on Kindle and watching videos so nice. Its also great for just generally keeping my phone secure and out of the way. The goose neck is crazy strong. I am a man in my 30s and the thing is difficult for me to move. It was very easy to just clip onto a table next to me, and could probably be clipped anywhere. All in all, good purchase. Don't regret it, use it every single day.

Hard to move the arm, but necessary, I guess, to hold the phone without drooping. I have an iPhone with a heavy case and this works well. I also use it to facetime friends and record my guitar playing. The size is perfect for these things.

Although it’s strong To Keep Your phone safe, it is hard to rotate to the right set up location. There’s no remote either so that’s hard to take photos with. Just got this but I don’t know how it will help in Disney Land
