It came in a typical Amazon bubble wrap envelope, and the packaging of the product was easy to get into (no scissors required).The RAM looks the way the picture shows with it's black panels and fits perfectly.Above everything else though, the RAM works exactly as intended. I had to replace an old 2x4gb 1333 kit due to a failed module. The system is a Lenovo x220 with CoreBoot, which can be picky with their memory. I am running 1333 on this system and it runs without issues at these speeds, I have not attempted to overclock to 1600 with this system (yet 😁)For 18 dollars you can’t beat it, I have more memory than I’ll ever need on this old system.
