Works well as a Google Maps navigating device.
I purchased this to use with Google Maps for navigation on trips. I had been using my LG Rebel cell phone withe maps app to navigate but the screen on the Rebel is so small it was not always easy to see the route - the large screen on this tablet eliminated that problem. I activated it with Tracfone using their SIM card for T-Mobile compatible devices and I get a good 4G (but not LTE) signal throughout Florida. 4G without LTE seems to be more than adequate for the Google maps app. It can also be used as a phone (speaker phone only) but the sound quality isn't very good although fairly loud . . . . so I'm going to keep my Rebel for making and receiving calls. For the price it has good speed, a nice display, and competitive amount of app/file storage, and plenty enough RAM. The activation with Tracphone was surprisingly easy considering the the poor customer service I had experienced with Tracphone in the past - did it all on their website without any human intervention whatsoever. The tablet is GSM so you can't activate with Verizon or any of their MVNO affiliates. AT&T is GSM but don't know for sure if that would work with them or not but I get a great T-Mobile signal.

Bought it for a phone and it works
I've been through a number of 8" tablets with phone capability. Most have puny memory (1GB/16GB) or don't get a reliable 4G signal. The AllDocCube gets a reliable T-Mobile 4G signal, has 3GB/32GB memory (not a terribly large amount but adequate), has no problem getting a WiFi signal and 'feels' pretty robust.Would give 5 start but battery life is a bit on the short side - even with WiFi turned off. On the plus side it charges pretty fast...If you're looking for a large phone with adequate memory/display/WiFi for 139$ hard to see where you would go wrong with buying this.

Good Tablet - Bad Battery
Unit itself is pretty good for an inexpensive 4G tablet with GPS. I had it for 3 days, and as a tablet it worked as expected. As a make-shift GPS, it worked really well. However, the reason for my rating (and my return) is the abysmal battery. The unit I had must have a defective battery as it could not hold a charge (or fully charge) unless completely turned off, and when plugged in, continued to drain battery regardless of cable and power-input. Shame - would be a good value tablet otherwise, but product reliability is in question.

Not too bad but not that good either.
Let's get straight to point.---Pros---#1. It has a genuine Android. That means you can access the play store.#2. 3 GB RAM is enough for your daily usage and handles heavy apps.#3. Not a bad purchase in that budget.#4. Screen brightness and sound quality could be better but hey, this is not a branded device.---Cons---#1. It says 4G LTE but you'll only get 4G in the USA, not LTE.#2. Networks reception jumps down from 4G to 3G by itself for no reason but doesn't get back to 4G by itself. You'll have to restart the device to get back the 4G service on.#3. Touch isn't that responsive. You'll always have a feeling of going back to 10 years ago when we used to use very slow response from everything comparing to today's technology.Overall satisfaction level is like you can live with that.

Solid value tablet
This is an 8" tablet with a relatively recent (as of this writing) Android version, expandable storage and a decent amount of RAM. I've gotten to use a number of ~$80 - $120 Android tablets and in my opinion this guy was a real winner from the bunch. Having 3GB RAM is a particular treat for a value-class device, and if the screen and CPU could be better, they could also be a lot worse. I haven't run in to anything that won't run on it, which certainly can be a problem on some low-spec tablets.I primarily use my M8 for reading and modest web browsing. Battery life is in line with my expectations. I'd guess it lasts six hours of screen-on time if I'm browsing. If I'm reading and in airplane mode, it's more like 8 hours. That's plenty for my needs.I very much appreciate that this device has just about the closest-to-stock Android install I've seen on a device. Many devices ship with a bunch of garbage apps that are marked as unremovable, so not having to go through and disable a bunch of programs was a welcome change of pace.I suppose this tablet is most successful as the device that did just a little bit better than average in every way that I find personally important, but after digging through a pile of 8" and 10" devices that never completely hit all the marks, this one was a welcome alternative.

No 4G or 4G LTE have tried a couple of different sim cards.
It says I am connected to a 4g tower but only shows me 3g speeds. Does not show a 4g lte connection ever. Tech support is worthless. No trouble shooting guide. No help. Dont buy if you need it to work on 4g lte

Product was exactly as described.
Great as a phone but, lacked privacy because it only had a loud speaker without a ear speaker for privacy. The size was excellent because it could also be used as a tablet. Overall, for the price and what it offered.....not a bad deal.

very bad all over
item spose to have 3gb ram but takes upwards of 60 sec to load apps when u charge it gets to 100% then stops the charger from charging even left plugged in it looses power then u go to need it and its sitting at 1% charge moment u pull the plug it shuts down biggest waste of money ever I had to go back to using my previous phone because this just doesn't maintain a full charge even during operation after a fresh charge getting to 100% > u use the device can drain the battery in under an hour is not suitable as a phone or messages it gets super hot and looses power to fast if location service and blutooth / wireless is on so all the things it claims to be able to do it cant needs a lot of work and field testing
