The quality has taken a nose dive!
I had an Unger brush that I purchased two years ago and the new one was nothing like it. It works somewhat ok, but not like the older one.

Company is unresponsive to defective product.
Multiple calls to speak with UNGER to resolve the problem with a defective brush have gone unanswered. I will buy locally rather than taking the chance that buying through Amazon means “buyer beware” now.

Does what it’s supposed to quickly and easily
This thing is fantastic for knocking down spider webs and a bit of dust off of exterior surfaces. I used to use a broom for this task but this does so much better with bristles 360degrees around. Even dealing with spider webs in between fence pickets this this is way faster than a broom. One pass gets both sides of the pocket and a half twist at top and bottom picks up all the cob webs.The only drawback is that it doesn’t have traditional threads to attach to a handle. I just taped mine onto a painter pole and it works very well.
