For anyone who has an English bulldog you know it's pretty tough to find a good shampoo for them. I’ve tried so many shampoos for my English bulldogs dry, itchy skin, and this Oatmeal Shampoo is by far the best one she's had. Especially being a heavy set English bulldog with lots of rolls on her skin, it actually works pretty well. From the first wash, I noticed a huge improvement—his coat is softer, and he’s no longer constantly scratching. The coconut lime verbena scent is light and refreshing, leaving him smelling fantastic without being overpowering. I also love that it’s a pet-friendly formula with gentle ingredients. My chihuahua had A LOT of dry skin. I would pet him and his brown fur would turn white. I used this shampoo one time and the improvement was amazing. I used it twice and all of that dry skin is gone. Even his fur feels soft and smells amazing!

After reading lots of reviews, I was curious about the smell. To me, the smell is very light and a little bit like lime. Definitely not overpowering to my nose and I'd say I have a pretty sensitive nose. I don't wear perfume because I find that even a little is annoying. That being said, I probably used about a 1/3 of a cup of shampoo to wash my 65 lb dog and it lathered a little and rinsed easily. It also seemed to calm my dogs itchiness for a while. It didn't solve the itchy but it did help. Her coat was really soft after. I would recommend it.

I have a 1-year-old golden retriever female. I have been using puppy shampoo although I have not been satisfied with how it cleans or lathers. I am now using the Wahl product and am very satisfied about usage and results. The shampoo lathers easily and well, so I use far less product than the puppy shampoo and bathing goes much more quickly. The shampoo also washes off easily and results in a very nice, soft fluffy coat on my golden retriever. The odor of the shampoo is light and unobtrusive. Very important, also, is that there has been no skin irritation, scratching or sign of hot spots. I am very pleased.

This works so well for my 9 yo Chorkie. Her coat is very shiny and soft. She smells so good (not perfumy) and feels so spunky after her spa day!

Our beloved pup likes rolling in dirty and sometimes smelly things. This soap cleans him well and leaves his coat soft, sweet smelling, and silky til his next shenanigans. Will be buying again.

Great shampoo. My husky has very sensitive skin. This shampoo is great at cleaning and soothing and smells great.
