John Howard Sanden 464312 Pro Mix Oil Color System, 0.078 pint Capacity, Assorted Color

I used one of these sets with my high school painting class and it was a big hit. The best part is that the pre-mixed paints allow them to see the hues they need without a lot of mixing. Normally, I'd call that a bad thing, but when being forced to use a gray-green as a shade hue, it helps them realize what they'll have to mix later on when they have to work from 'normal' tubes of paint. It's an easy set to use. I would suggest a tube of white (titanium or other); black; linseed oil or some other thining medium for glazes and what ever else you'd like to increase the range of these oils.This is a wonderful starter set... or normal set when you don't feel like mixing from pure hues.
