There are no clear instructions on how to access the software once downloaded and once you figure it out the site is down.

Purchased but never able to download. Need to improve process of purchasing and downloading software. Canceled purchase.

I subscribed to Monthy Lightroom CC plan as I am very much use to LR since the ver 1. After purchase, the activation process is not very intutive and it involves going to Adobe site n register using Amazon link. Secondly if you are use to Desktop version, the User Interface for the CC version is different so some relearning is there. However all same functionality exist.

I tried everything but as many other reviewers stated, this product would not download. This was just a frustrating experience! AND now I also need to waste more time to try and get a refund! Don't waste your money or time!

After spending 45 minutes on chat with Amazon, their only suggestion was to cancel the order and try to download again. It will NOT allow you to download it!

Stupid that we can’t just buy products outright anymore like this. Adobe seems to becoming more and more anti consumer as the years go on and it would be unfair for amazon to not allow my review because I didn’t outright say they are anti consumer I just said that they “seem” that way ;) Super cool feature is that recently one of their product updates deleted peoples entire adobe cloud libraries of photos and all adobe could do was say ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ sorry guys. Nice on adobe!

Spent 15 minutes trying to figure out how to download from Amazon. Read other reviews that others experienced same problem, but spent way more time (hours) trying to make it work. So I canceled ad went directly to adobe website.
