Great customer service!
Update - they helped me to acquire the battery pack and now we can use as I originally intended. It's a very cool product. Thank you!I do not recall this saying no battery. I would not have purchased. You have to keep it plugged in to the two inch tether to use.. This should only be sold with the battery. There are other versions sold with battery pack. I can't even find the battery to buy separately and don't think I can easily return. So disappointed!!!!!!

Bought this for my 10 year old. He loves to tinker and this is perfect. I only wish the screen was a little bigger.

GARBAGE STORAGE
This product did not have enough storage to hold 1 game! I needed an sd card to even use this.The hardware is bad, as it couldn't even run my flappy bird remake.SERIOUSLY!??!?!?!?!?!??!
