Cheap for a reason
The 14mm threads steadfastly refused to thread into the spark plug holes on a Duratec V6. I think the flex in the tubing allowed too much play in the angle of the thread adapter to get it seated properly. Perhaps on an OHV engine it is easier to work around with this design flaw, but on my DOHC engine the plugs are so deeply inset that this tester simply could not be installed. I cannot comment on its accuracy or durability.
