The supplied documentation is helpful and tech support great. There were videos included on a USB stick that were really easy to understand. And their email support is very responsive!Unfortunately for my use case there is no support for decoding streams via https. Otherwise a really cost-effective decoding solution with dual SDI outputs.Configuration is super easy!Be sure to read the documentation thoroughly, the work very hard to make sure the features are communicated. Just one glitch for me. Otherwise highly recommend.

I have had a lot of success decoding various h.265 and h.264 streams locally. and I have to say for the price point it delivers.
