Excellent taste
Excellent taste with just the right amount of smoke. Easy to use. Just what the romesco recipe called for. Would definitely buy again.

Arrived in very good shape. Utilicé las ñoras para potenciar un arroz con pollo y quedó muy bueno.
It was perfect.

Nicest seller I've ever encountered
This review is of the sellers. When I opened my package I found a handwritten note thanking me for purchasing their product. I've ordered thousands of things from Amazon, and this was the first time I got a personalized note. I never write reviews, but this thoughtful gesture touched me so much that I had to respond. I haven't tried the peppers yet, but they look great and I'm looking forward to using them to make romesco sauce. Thank you, seller. You made my day!

Lack of pulp
After spending extra time trying to rehydrate these peppers to complete my Romesco sauce, I gave up. None of the peppers had enough pulp to remove to utilize in my sauce. The little pulp I was able to scrape from a few of the peppers did not have any flavor. Very disappointed.

Fantastic!
I am hosting a large party and these peppers are not easy to find albeit being the key ingredient in paella. Fast, friendly service *with Thank You note*. I will most certainly be ordering from this vendor again.Highly recommend.

4 of 13 peppers received are excesively dry, no longer have the unique aroma of Nora pepper
As my headline reads, 4 of the 13 peppers received are excessively dry (very old, incorrect storage?), truly not edible, because at that level of dryness, their unique aroma is no longer present. The other 9 peppers are properly dry/preserved, very flavorful, just as I had them many times while in Spain.
