Great battery. It's only afterwards you will realize it's your NEATO that crap.
https://iamaweepa.wordpress.com/2014/06/24/neato-customer-complaints/The batteries are great and appear to be very high quality. But don't waste anymore of your money on your NEATO vac. Turns out I have a defective VAC... My unit is plagued by an apparent software deficiency…a battery conditioning deficiency? My Neato XV Series is well maintained. But after purchasing another brand new set of batteries ONE month ago, I’m already getting the same dim green light, no LCD display and no charge as described in the posts. The only way I can keep the unit functional is to disconnect and reconnect the batteries AFTER EACH USE regardless of if the unit has reached the charging station or not. Interestingly, once the unit is charged it will run a normal cycle cleaning approximately ½ of my downstairs before successfully returning to the base for a recharge. After vacuuming the second half of the downstairs it heads back to the base but consistently stops inches from the charger every time. I must then remove the batteries and reinsert them to get the LCD display to work and for the unit to charge. If I leave the unit on the charger for more than 24 hours it oddly will not respond and again presents the dim green light and no LDC display requiring me to disconnect and reconnect the batteries before the unit will power up. The last time I did this I got a “Please Allow My Batteries to Cool” error message even though the unit had not been run for 24 hours prior to my disconnecting and reconnecting the batteries. My experience mirrors that of many comments posted in the link below. My unit ran fairly well for about a year before failing on a consistent basis. I would not have thought my Neato was designed to be a disposable commodity and will never consider replacing or purchasing another NEATO VAC again. WHAT A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.https://iamaweepa.wordpress.com/2014/06/24/neato-customer-complaints/

Alternative to standard batteries.
First run on these batteries clocked in at 70 minutes. Much better than the standard and extended batteries currently offered. I expect these batteries to last for quite a while. If they don't, I will come back and edit. So, if you are reading this a year from the review date, be encouraged that the batteries have lasted that long with 2 - 3 runs a week in a 1700sq ft home of wood/tile floors with a couple low pile rugs.Edit: About a month ago, I started finding my Neato stopped dead in the middle of a run. It appears that the battery is shutting down before the Neato triggers a return-to-charge. I'm very familiar with Li-ion and Li-po batteries and their requirement to never be discharged below a certain voltage. They also have charging requirements that are more strict that NiMH batteries that the Neato is designed to use. I reached out to Lithium Power. They suggested running Neato's "New Battery" function. This did not help.Edit 2: I'm downing this to 1 star. I have since purchased another set of Li-ion batteries for my Neato from a competitor. As i suspected, the batteries are exactly the same including the serial number sticker. The only difference is the label added by the seller. However, the competitor is offering an 18-month warranty which will come in handy. I do not think that either seller makes these batteries. As several reviewers have pointed out, the seller wasn't aware of the "sleep mode" built into the on-board controller. I suspect that they are also unaware that the on-board controller is not only capable of protecting the batteries from over-charge and over-discharge conditions, but actually have a cutoff for over-discharge that will trigger before Neato's cutoff for return-to-charge command. Seeing as how seller is unaware of this, I doubt this will ever be fixed. The only options now are to return to the horrible NiMH OEM batteries, or hope competitor honors their 18-month warranty.PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK

... batteries since November of 2015 and I have had great success with them
I've had theses batteries since November of 2015 and I have had great success with them. After purchasing several replacement NiMH batteries that all weakened and failed within a few months (I run my XV Signature Pro nearly every day to remove dog hair), I took a chance with these Lithium batteries and they have been going strong for a year and a half with no apparent change in performance. I say "apparent" because I don't even bother to measure run times anymore like I used to do with the NiMH batteries. The Lithium batteries have been very reliable and they routinely clean the house (over 2000 sq. ft.) during the normal three cleaning and two charging cycles. I saw other reviews about ruining your Neato or causing overheating problems but I haven't experienced any of these issues. The Lithium batteries make the Neato a reliable workhorse. The question now is, "Do I really need to upgrade to the Botvac Connected?" It looks pretty cool!

Really had to cram the new (slightly larger) replacements in...
This "lithium" upgrade for my XV was a little more problematic than I hoped. Both battery packs were larger than what they were replacing and a tight fit. They push out on the battery compartment and now slightly rub the tires (not enough to bother the XV, however). One was even larger than the other, so I expect the issue is in manufacturing and Lithium Power isn't paying attention to the tolerances of the XV.Charges just fine and was usable, but again, it might take some fighting to get it to fit as it did for me.I expected some information on disposal of the original batteries (guidelines), but that is just me...Photo shows bowed-out battery cover.
