This workbook did exactly what we needed- it opened up communication about her SM and she shared things with us that she never did before. She has practiced the suggestions in the book and even started to whisper to her friends at school. I am SO SO THANKFUL we found these books.

Just what we needed for our 9 year old struggling with speaking in public settings. She got it and immediately began writing and felt a sense of relief that someone else understood her situation!She said, " that's just how I feel!"

Great for my daughter, we used the print outs listed from the Lola website too. It has helped with her beginning to talk in class, baby steps but definitely a helpful tool!
