when I first received my package, it was in good shape nothing cracked or broken. I opened the case and took out about 20 pieces. I like to turn the loop with my pliers about 90 degrees so when I put a jump ring on it, it will be facing the front. On some others I purchased, every time it tried to turn it, it broke off. But that didn't happen with these. Out of about 20, one did break when I turned it, and one was misformed and couldn't be used. Overall even if 10% of them are not good, im happy with my purchase.

I'm giving it 2 stars because the silver tarnished real fast after attaching them to the earring piece and I found several that had flaws with the spring & eye. Pliers needed to bend back eye and wire cutter to cut off the stray wire from spring. The other colors were good with no blemishes or tarnish.

These are cheaply made. I’ve had many customers complain that the hooks break. The are missing the balls on some, some break while making them, and the hoop at the bottom comes off the earring.

I really like these for our earrings. Sturdy and very few throw always. Please keep that up. The first container was very consistent in length. That we loved. A couple of other containers were a little more inconsistent. You could work on that.
