Would definitely recommend
I ordered this for my mother. It is really effective and I would recommend it for diabetic patients but take it as a supplement. It works great.

PAD now under control
I had Peripheral Artery Disease and sometimes the pain becomes unbearable so i had to take Tramadol to manage the pain but after taking Gudmar 500mg thrice a day i can say the pain has decreased so much that I don't need pain killer anymore but i don't understand why my glucometer shows the glucose in my blood is 521mg/dl before sleeping and early morning before breakfast it's 326mg/dl.
