If I could I wouldn't even give it one star.The picture has a ratchet the one they sent does not. It says premium banding tool but they send what they call the standard banding tool. Different part numbers.

tool pictured is different tool then being shipped
tool being sold is not the pictured tool its a totally different cheaper built tool.. Would not recommend. should not be allowed to sell anything but what is pictured. Tool is cheap doesnt come with lock or ratching part.
