Although this cup holder is for Chevy & GMC pickup trucks I bought this for use in my 1989 Mercedes Benz 300SE. I own several 1980s vintage Mercedes Benz cars. None of them came from the factory with cup holders. This was not uncommon back in these days. Anyway I've been looking for a good cup holder for use in these cars. I have found a few aftermarket products but they are mostly unsatisfactory due to being too flimsy, too expensive or both. I found this one on Amazon and figured it will be a good fit in the center console area between the front seats. I put it there and secured it with double sided tape. It was just the thing I needed. I plan to buy more for the rest of my cars. I would have included a photo so people could get a better idea of how this looked. Unfortunately the photo I attempted to load got an "Unsupported file type" notice. Amazon reviews doesn't accept JPG files? What's up with that?

I just added a strip of outdoor/car Velcro and attached it to the back of my center console near the floor of the back seat of my 2015 Honda crv lx for the back passengers. I hated the idea of Honda putting cup holders in the middle of cloth seats between passengers and imagined going over bumps in the road and coffee spilling all over the seats. This was the PERFECT solution.

I’m glad that I now have cup holders up front but I don’t like that my cups get stuck inside them and I have even pulled the whole thing out the console a couple times just trying to remove my cup .. other than that, they are good. My reason for the overall 4 stars.

Fit perfect

This product fits great in the original base BUT it gives off a bad smell. The material that is made of smell bad and will stink up your car.

This product looks, feels and fits my 2014 Chevy Tahoe just as the original one does. To purchase this same product from GM was $80. I couldn't be happier!
