Good grip for the Fuji X-T30
This a is a nice grip for the X-T30, well made, good quality materials used. If I'm honest, whilst it is still a big improvement, the grip is still a little too small for my hands, but then maybe I should have bought a bigger camera! The main benefit for me is arca-swiss compatible base which makes it convenient for my tripod whilst still allowing access to the battery/sd card door.

Poor quality finishing - not good enough for a nice camera.
The grip attaches to the camera using the tripod screw. However it doesn't have lugs that keep the grip aligned with the base of the camera. While the grip is made of metal (easily scuffed), the faux leather is of a very low quality. My copy was poorly fitted with the stuck on material sticking out from the indented space it was meant to be in. I could also see glue residue.The grip itself doesn't feel right in the hand and makes the 'holding your camera' experience an uncomfortable one. Normaly, a grip will give you that extra 1cm or so at the bottom of your camera to wrap your pinkie around. This one does that, but there isn't any room for your middle finger (the one below your shutter finger) on the grip.I wouldn't recommend this grip.
