Protects phone well but decal chips off easily!
I absolutely love the design of this case(Hogwarts letter). It’s a a gel case and has protected my phone well over the past year. The problem is that the decal scratches off very easily. Within a month there were several small scratches in the decal and after about 3 months there were very noticeable pieces missing. And these aren’t from falls or damage. Just friction from items in my purse, setting it down with the decal side down, etc. I was too lazy to replace since it still works to protect my phone. But at this point it looks ridiculous!Eeek! I just took the case off of my phone to take a picture of it and it was stuck. When I pried it off it left some gross residue all over the back of my phone. I don’t think I’ve ever removed the case before so I never even noticed. I can scrape it off a bit with my nail but I’m going to need to use a remover to get it completely degunked. Gross! I just took off another star because of this.
