I take 3 tablets daily and seem to feel more alert afterwards. Have had no issues taking the tablets on a full or empty stomach.

Received a totally different product from previous purchases from the same supplier. This time the content of the capsules is a lot darker. Noticing this massive difference in colour I came to check the reviews only to find out that the previous light coloured capsules, according to other reviewers might be just rice flour. On the Questions and Answers section of this product the supplier also mentions it containing some rice flour in the past to help with the encapsulation, but they now stopped using rice flour. This to me sounds absurd and I now feel that I have been cheated and went through a whole box of rice flour! I am extremely disappointed to say the least. If the supplier doesn’t take responsibility and issues compensation to all the “rice flour victims” then Amazon as their platform and distributor should arrange for a compensation ASAP.
