I like this peeler/julienne cutter a lot, just not in love with it. Yes it is very sharp and gets the job done. It's well built and I suspect would last a very long time under regular use, the metal is heavy duty, it does not feel flimsy at all, and the parts are securely put together. The julienne cutter is perfect, makes great even cuts, just have to be careful not to cut yourself when using it. The peeler is sharp and great for things like carrots and large potatoes, but is difficult and uncomfortable to use on smaller potatoes, making it very easy to cut yourself when peeling smaller foods. I also feel the peeler cuts to deep and takes a much thicker chunk off than necessary. The cutter/peeler itself at times is a bit awkward and uncomfortable to hold, but it does get the job done quickly and easily with the blades being super sharp. I do wish it had a pointy piece like other peelers do to scoop the eyes and such out of potatoes, instead I have to use a knife to finish the job. All in all it's a handy kitchen gadget, but does have it's quirks.

It generally works great, the movements are sharp and smooth even though the whole thing is pretty bulky for my kitchen drawer.My one complaint is the cheap construction - after just a few uses, a thin panel holding the blade started to lift up, and now all the food gets stuck in that notch and makes it very annoying to use or clean.

This thing is worse than junk, it's actually dangerous! The sharp julienning metal piece came off the first time I tried to use it, I cut myself on it before I saw it had come loose. DO NOT BUY!

Love this peeler! Super sharp and easy to use. It does both regular peeling and julienne. As a peeler it makes fast work of anything I`ve tried. I used it on cucumbers, potatoes, carrots and zucchini. So far it is Awesome! I would highly recommend this product.

Surprisingly sharp and easy to use. I have used this to julienne veggies to make kimchi and salads look more appealing. It does an excellent job of peeling carrots, potatoes, and rutabaga.

Very difficult to make a good cut. Almost like it has a mind of its own. I have used it many times peeling oranges and have been disappointed every time.
