We tried these instead of the nordic gummy ones but my 2 and 4 year old can't stand the feel of them or the taste. If you don't swallow, they are definitely weird. Once you bite them to get the oil out, it is too weird to swallow the outside part so you have to spit it out. These are nice and small though so still a great buy for someone that doesn't like the great big ones.

Kids didn't like how much chewing these required
Taste was ok. But the hard gum outer shell was too much for my kids. Too much chewing for a pill and don't even try to blend in a smoothie.... ha ha - they just float.
