I never knew about an ab mat until I started doing Crossfit. My first day in there the WOD had us using ab mats and the trainer asked if I had used one and explained it to me. They also suggested I modify the reps because of using it for the first time.I ignored this because I'm an athlete at heart......I should have listened haha.This product is great because it extends the range of motion to use your abdominal muscles to engage more with every sit up. For those who say this is to big, if you adjust your body to it by sliding it under your butt more to get the curve in your lower back. You should be good to go!This mat did exactly as I hoped, feels durable, and does the job. Highly recommend.

I use these ab mats to do handstand pushups. They are just the right support and very affordable. I have searched high and low and could not find affordable Ab mats that could provide the support I would need to practice my handstands pushups and headstand. I came across these while browsing on Amazon and I took a chance. It was just what I needed and I ended up purchasing two of them. Although I do not plan to use it for that purpose I did try doing sit-ups using the ab mat. It provided a good cushion for my back and helped put less strain on it. All in all, it is a great product. A professional gym quality product.

This product works as advertised. Not only does it give a good abs stretch, it is also stable. This platform has added great benefit to both my abs and lower back workouts. It is especially great for sit ups, leg lifts, and low back superman. The material and stitching are quality, The angles are perfect. And the wide adds stability. I would recommend this product t anyone who works out. I received this product for my honest feedback. I continue to look for new ways to use the product.

Haven't put this to good use yet, but I'm certain it'll make ab training more comfortable and help with balance during some workouts.

I'm 74 yo. getting back into exercising to increase my life span one day at a time. I got the mat for sit ups and, now this Ab Mat. I use it for more that an "Ab" mat. For sit ups and floor stretches you can use to prop up your back, legs, side etc. for not too high positioning. It's worth the price.

Great product, awesome quality. Really fast shipping. Only problem they sent me 3 w/ blue text and 1 w/red which was ok bit it would of been nice to have 4 of the same instead of one odd one out. Overall my clients love them great for sit ups and clients who suffer from back pain. Not cheap and very good quality. Professionally made.
