Patience, cut paper template first
Lexus gx470 6x9 door speaker foam replace.I had to trim the outside of the new foam significantly to accommodate the fitment. Cutting a template first from heavy stock paper was the key. Trim the foam carefully. I used the small scissors for the tight radius.Careful also with the glue. Glue to speaker first then the frame. Let cure overnight before reinstalling speaker.All working well now. I don’t have enough of the supplied glue left to reform the second speaker.I would buy again.

Cheap, but got the job done. Fixed my OEM 6x9s with a few hours work so I didn't have to buy new ones.

Make sure you have a back up plan
Didnt fit properly, glue wasnt holding and try returning it and they wanted me to pay return cost

Great way to fix your speakers!
Worked perfectly. Speakers sound amazing now and for such a great price! Mine were older and of a strange design but these adapted just fine.
